Life.”
The series begins Thurs-
day from 6 to 7 p.m. and will
cover, “What do I keep?”

ments will take place May

Support meeting Thursday
at 3 p.m.
The Circle of Support
meets every third Thursday
to offer family members
and caregivers of loved ones
with memory loss the sup-
port, guidance, information
and companionship they
need to provide the best
care possible.
Thursday’s meeting will
introduce the program to
new attendees and discuss
various therapies used suc-
cessfully at Jefferson Lodge
and share information on
how to use them at home.
Free respite care will be
available during the one-
hour meetings. Please RSVP
in advance if planning to
use the complimentary
service.

Yoga Workshop set
for Saturday
Dallas Yoga and Balance
Studio, 115 SE Court St.,
Dallas, will hold a restora-
tive yoga workshop Satur-
day from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Cost is $25. All levels and
body types are welcome.
The workshop will focus
on slow, relaxation tech-
niques and gentle yoga.
There will be use of props
and blankets.

Human Equality will host a
lecture and discussion
about understanding Islam
Sunday at 4:30 p.m. The dis-
cussion will take place in

to reduce confusion and
misinformation about
Islam. Matt Davies, adjunct
professor of world religions
at Chemeketa Community
College and an expert on
