NOTICE is hereby given that
the city of Independence, Ore-
gon is considering revisions
to its Parks system develop-
ment charge (SDC). Pursuant
to ORS 223.304 (7)(a) any pro-
posed changes will be consid-
ered by the Independence City
Council no earlier than at its
February 9, 2016 meeting and
public hearing. The proposed
methodology for any SDC revi-
sions will be made available at
City Hall at least 60 days be-
fore the public hearing.
