of the Blue Bird Mining company
of Blue River, Oregon, has just ar­
rived from Portland where he has
been purchasing a 30-horse boiler
and eugine, and sawmill complete
for his company. The company
now have a crew of men building
j road and grading out for the mill
site and buildings, and as soon as
the lumber can be sawed, will be­
gin the installation of a ten stamp
| mill and all necessary buildings,
, sheds, etc. They expect to have
the plant in operation by the last
