contest w hich will take place as
soon as plans can be arranged.

According to the rules, “ a team is
not allowed to enter the League
unless the school has a literary
society with regular m eetings and
d eb ates.”
Parents who have children th a t
will lie six yeais of age (school
a g e ) liefore the end of the present
school year are perm itted to send
them at once provided they intend
to send the children as soon as
they reach school age. T his con­
cession is m ade to avoid the rep­
etition of the same work by the
teacher upon the entering of a
new pupil in the prim ary rooms.
