with the grip and sore throat. He

The Coast Fork Grange has made
arrangements to celebrate Thanks
giving at the Grange Hall. There
will be some interesting subjects
discuued and a big dinner will be
served. Everybody is invited to
come and bring their basket full of
th bounties of life, and we predict
you will never regret being there
The Commercial Club is especially
invited to be represented there and
also the business meu of Cottage
Grove. Come let us reason to
gether for the genera1, betterment of
every one. Not but what Cottage
Grove and the surrounding country
is in a prosperous and thriving con
dition but we realize it is far be
hind what it should be, considering
the ability of the natural resources
of the country, for we believe that
this is the favored fcpot or at least
nature has bestowed on us a great
abundance of her good things, much
more by far than we aro making
use of. We have extremely fertile
coil, a good climate, an abundance
