A Birthday Surprise Party.
London, Sept. 10. Two wagon
loads of the friends of Mr. and Mrs.
T. R. Brasher gathered together to
day to celebrate Mrs Brasher'
forty-seventh birthday. It was a
merry crowd that drove up and
cheered Mr. and Mrs. Brasher as
they came to greet the party. The
friends aud relatives brought with
them many nice and useful presents
as remembrances of the dav. A fine
dinner was served out of doors,
