A large vacant tenement house
owned by Harry Miller was burned
IFriday at Roseburg. It was
plainly incendiary, as the fire hose
bad been cut in several places
while it was on the cart. The loss
is $1,000. The citizens are very
indignant and would not hesitate
to' hang the guilty parties if they
could be apprehended.
