the new barber law will go into
effect. It prohibits the opening of
barbershops and the transaction of
barber business on Sunday. It is
generally understood that the law
meets the approval of the fraternity,
providing, of course, it is enforced.
This will be doubtful, however.
Many contend that the law is un
constitutional, and will be disrc
garded. Of course there will be a
test case made, and then the su
preme courwill pass judgment as
to the constitutionality of the en
actment. In the mean time the
