Douglas Lee Rose (Doug) 1940-2021 Suzanne J. Carlile, 80, of Estacada, OR passed away on February 6, 2021 after a long illness. She was born in Cottage Grove, OR on September 29, 1940 to parents Faye and Virginia (Metcalf) Stew- art. Suzanne graduated high school. She married Gary Solomon in 1958, they later divorced. She married Robert Carlile on June 7, 1963. Suzanne loved her children, grand- children and great-grand- children. She was preceded in death by husband Robert Carlile in 1994. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Smith Lund Mills Funeral Chapel, Cottage Grove, OR. 1971-2021 Douglas Lee Rose 50, of Cot- tage Grove, passed away April 21, 2021. Douglas was born February 9, 1971 to Jack and Carolyn Tillery (Sanders) in Carmichael CA. Aft er graduating high school Doug worked in Landscaping and enjoyed fi shing with Melis- sa and working on vehicles. Doug is survived by his par- ents Jack and Carolyn Tillery of Dorena; sons Donovan Rose of Cottage Grove and Corbin Rose of Corvallis; sister Leeann La- cayo of Cottage Grove and two grandchildren. Daryl Ann Williams 1950-2021 Daryl Ann Williams passed away on March 30, 2021 at her home with her husband of nearly 52 years at her side. She was born on September 4, 1950 to Uleta and Charles Marsh in Cottage Grove, Oregon. She graduated from Cottage Grove High School in 1969. She mar- ried Dennis Williams April 12, 1969 they moved to Salem, OR in 1978 where she helped with the family business until her passing. In 1994 they moved to rural Polk County. She en- joyed gardening and canning with a particular pride in her picante salsa. She seemed to make friends with everyone she met. Even customers who she only talked to on the phone would comment on how they enjoyed their conversations with her. She is survived by her mother, husband, daughter Ali Williams, son Matt Wil- liams, four grandsons and one great-granddaughter brother Ron Marsh of Cottage Grove and sister Debbie Bean of Wasilla, AK. He was born on April 14, 1924 in Ainsworth, NE to parents Les- lie and May (Bruce) Rowlett. Robert was a truck driver for more than 30 years for Murphy Logging Company. He mar- ried Connie Shepard in Reno, NV on December 26, 1970. Robert enjoyed gardening both fl owers and vegetables, feeding backyard birds and chipmunks. He attended Trinity Lutheran Church, Cottage Grove, OR. Robert is survived by his loving wife Connie Rowlett, Cottage Grove, OR; daughter Sandy Daubert and husband Craig, Pahrump, NV; son Nathan Rowlett and wife Jeanne, Mill City, OR; son Dan Rowlett and wife Janet, Coos Bay, OR; sis- ters Lois Starr, Camarillo, CA and Mary Kelly, Kansas City, MO; 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She attended college briefl y before working as an executive assistant for an Eco- nomic Development company. She married Cecil Ira Perry on June 20, 1958 in New Bern, NC. Bev loved to travel, visit- ing all 50 states and 26 foreign countries. She showed her love of children by being involved in CASA, reading with kids at school, teaching vacation bible school with her sister, teaching Sunday School and participat- ing on the Girl Scouts board of directors. She had lots of fun with her Red Hat Soci- ety group. Bev is survived by her daughters Debbie Herold of Creswell, OR; Cindy Evers and husband Cliff of Drain, OR; Melissa Sullivan and hus- band Scott of Drain, OR; Mary Garibaldi and husband Chris Sr. of Drain, OR; son Rick Per- ry and wife Kim of Winston, OR; sister Janice Brown of Ripon, CA; brother John Fon- seca; 14 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren with more on the way.
