South Lane Television is pleased to announce the addition of the Better Life Television (KBLN) to our SLTV
channel line-up serving the Cottage Grove area. Based in Grants Pass, Better Life TV is a viewer-supported non-
profi t television station that is affi liated with the Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN), producing local
programming for Oregon, northern California, southern Washington, and Reno, Nevada.
KBLN is dedicated to broadcasting a variety of television programs which are uplifting and lead to
complete Christian living and a personal commitment of faith. The mission of Better Life TV is to enhance the
lives of people and help them to grow as persons; mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually -- that they might
experience a better and happier way of life. Further, KBLN strives to strengthen family ties, enrich marriages,
improve childhood, and bring healing to broken relationships; help people to follow a more healthful lifestyle
and enjoy a higher quality of life; bring citizens to a sense of caring and concern for the community and our
environment through uplifting arts, music, Christian drama, nature, and science.
KBLN is an outreach of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and and operates entirely by donations and
many volunteers. KBLN is being rebroadcast in Cottage Grove on ch 36.1. And soon a companion Spanish
language channel, Vida Mejor, will appear on SLTV Channel 36.2 from Better Life TV. Please note that NewsNet
and Court TV have moved to SLTV channels 39.1 and 39.2, respectively.
