Main Station Seismic Retrofit
Construction Manager / General
Contractor (CM/GC) Services
The District is seeking Proposals
from qualified Contractors to
assist with CM/GC services
related to design and construction
of seismic retrofit to the North
Douglas County Fire & EMS main
station. The work will include
60%, and 90% design review and
cost estimates; coordination with
District’s architect and engineer,
Mackenzie; providing a maximum
guaranteed price at 90% design;
and construction. Copies of the
Request for Proposals, contract
terms, conditions and specifications
are on file and may be reviewed
free of charge by contacting the
District’s Representative, Angeline
McFadden from Mackenzie,
by email at amcfadden@mcknze.
com.
A Non-Mandatory pre-proposal
conference will be held on,
December 4, 2019 at 10:30 a.m.
(PST) in the station of North
Douglas County Fire & EMS,
531 S. Cedar Street, Drain, OR.
The pre-proposal conference will
provide an overview of the project
with the engineer and current
status, followed by a building walk.
All Proposals must be received
no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST) on
December 12, 2019. Proposals
not received by that time will be
rejected as non-responsive and
returned unopened. All proposals
shall be submitted in person or
by mail in sealed envelopes and
plainly marked on the outside as
