is completing a Wastewater
Treatment Plant project funded

with Community Development
Block Grant funds from the
Oregon Business Development
Department. The location of the
project is Drain, Oregon. It is
estimated that the project has
benefited at least 1,160 persons of
whom (56.3%) are low or moderate
income. A public hearing will be
held by the City of Drain’s City
Council at 7:00PM on July 15th at
the Drain Civic Center, 205 West
“A” Avenue, Drain, Oregon. The
purpose of the hearing is for the
City of Drain to obtain citizens
views about the project and to
take comments about the local
government’s performance. Written
comments are also welcome and
must be received by July 12th,
2019 at 129 West “C” Avenue,
P.O. Box 158, Drain, Oregon. Both
oral and written comments will be
reviewed by the City of Drain. The
location of the hearing is accessible
