Deed of Trust by: (a) failing to make
payments of the indebtedness secured
by said Deed of Trust in August and

result of Grantor’s default, Benefi ciary

Grantors to make monthly payments of
$500 permonth in principal and interest
and the $6.00 monthly escrow collection
fee for the months of May, June, July,
August and September of 2018. The
total sum owing on the obligation secured
