meet in regular session on Monday,
August 13, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., City Hall
Council Chambers, 400 Main Street,
Cottage Grove, OR 97424 to discuss the
following application made by the City of
Cottage as described below:

AMENDMENT (DCTA 1-18) TO AMEND
ACCESSORY DWELLING STANDARDS.
Applicant is seeking to amend Section
14.22.200 Residential Districts – Special
Use Standards, Accessory Dwelling
to align code with recently passed
state. Relevant Criteria: 14.4.7.500
Criteria for Legislative & Quasi-Judicial
Amendments. Applicant: City of Cottage
Grove, 400 Main Street, Cottage Grove
OR 97424.
Copies of the Application: All documents
and evidence relied upon by the applicant
are available for inspection at the
Community Development Department
and copies will be provided at reasonable
