has proposed a land use regulation that
may affect the permissible uses of your
property and other properties.
The public is invited to attend and
testify at a public hearing for Yoncalla’s
Development Code Update Project.
For the past year, the City of Yoncalla has
been working on updating its land use
regulations, including the combination
of the City’s Subdivision and Zoning
ordinances into one Development Code.
Other key changes include the allowance
of cottage housing, standards for multi-
family housing, the establishment of a
medium density residential zone, the
allowance of accessory dwelling units,
clarifi cation of historically contradictory
code provisions, updates to meet State
Law, and integration of the City’s Street
Network Plan.
You are receiving this notice because

is proposed to change from (UR) Urban
Residential to (R-2) Medium Density
Residential. This notice insures that the
City complies with State law regarding
