The Cottage Grove Area
Chamber of Commerce facili-
tated a trip to China with local
residents and has been sending
dispatches home.
After embarking on the trip
through customs last week, the
group has visited the the Ming
Tombs, the Great Wall, Tianan-
men Square, the Forbidden Pal-
ace, the Temple of Heaven and
the Llama Temple as well as a
quick rickshaw ride through the
Hutong District.
The Sentinel will have a story
on the group's adventure when it
returns. Until then, follow along
