Cream Cheese Frosting
8 ounces cream cheese
2 ounces unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
9 ounces powdered sugar
Directions
Combine the cream cheese
and butter. Add vanilla and
powdered sugar gradually until
smooth. Refrigerate until ready
and top the cake.
Carrot Cake
Ingredients

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 ounces sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 large eggs

6 ounces vegetable oil

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Directions
• In a medium saucepan, com-
bine the chocolate, cream and
marshmallows.
• Place over medium-low heat;
stir constantly until the white
chocolate and marshmallows
melt.
• Remove from heat and place
in a small bowl. Serve with
