NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City
of Cottage Grove (City) will hold a joint
public hearing of its Council and its Public
Contract Review Board regarding the
City’s intent to exempt and directly award
an Energy Savings Performance Contract
(ESPC) pursuant to ORS 279C.335(1)(f)
and City Public Contracting Rule 137-
049-0680 for the design and installation
of various energy effi cient public
improvement projects within City facilities.
The hearing will be held on the 26th day
of March, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., at the City
of Cottage Grove Council Chambers
located at 400 E. Main Street, Cottage
Grove, Oregon. The City will receive
public comment on the Council’s draft
exemption fi ndings and resolution
awarding this contract to Ameresco, Inc.
and approving the associated Design-
Build Contract. The award resolution
