Bacon-wrapped Chicken

f you’re capable in the
kitchen, here’s a quick and
delicious option to mix up
your menu.
INGREDIENTS
To make this dish, you’ll need 8 chicken tenders

or breast cutlets, which are fl attened and cut in half;
two 3-ounce packages cream cheese, which have
been softened; 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and fi nely
chopped; and 16 slices of bacon.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit before
cooking. Roll up each piece of chicken with 1 tea-
spoon of cream cheese and 1/4 teaspoon chopped
jalapeno pepper fi lling inside. Wrap each peice it with
a slice of bacon, and use a toothpick to secure. Then,
transfer it to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
After 10 minutes, fl ip the dish to ensure even cooking.
If you’re felling outdoorsy, you can trade the oven
for an outdoor grill. Grill the bacon-wrapped chick-
en for around 8-10 minutes, turning once along the
way. Be sure to watch closely, because heat can vary
depending on your grill.
