Vern Stewart, last year's Sky-Em
Coach of the Year for girls' soccer, has
transferred to the boys' squad. The
boys' team went 10-7 overall last year,
and Stewart will implement his game
strategies to try and improve that
record. Steward uses a 4-2-3-1 forma-
tion, a common and effective forma-
tion used in many professional Euro-
pean leagues. The formation allows
for quick counters and controlled ball
movement.
