Open to lambs, swine, beef.
Limited to youth exhibitors to 18 years of age.
All rules listed in above in this fair book apply.
Animals that have been entered in other fairs, earlier in the summer are welcome, but they must have been shown as feeders, not market.
Animals shown in this contest may be sent home following WOE Fair to reach the state of condition desired to achieve the highest possible grade.
All animals assigned to this contest must be processed at Mohawk Valley Meats. The subdivision judge foe each of the three species will announce at time
of judging when each particular animal should be ready for processing.
The carcasses of animals involved in this contest will be sold individually by the exhibitor, on their own, or with the assistance of the WOE Board.
Cash premiums by check will be sent to contestant participants following carcass grading at the processing plant, after the fair.
Amounts of premiums paid depend solely on funds raised for the contest in the months prior to the WOE Fair.
Division of premium funds are made using the following considerations:
