Cancer Survivors Network Created by and for cancer survivors and their families, this online community is a
welcoming, safe place for people to find hope and inspiration from others who have “been there.” Services include
discussion boards, chat rooms, private and secure CSN e-mail, personal Web pages, and Expression Gallery, and more. You

Believe Boutique
offer free wigs, hats, scarves, turbans, prosthesis and bras to patients dealing with cancer

Look Good…Feel Better a free program that teaches people in active cancer treatment ways to help with
the appearance-related side effects of treatment. For more information or to register, call the Cancer Resource Center at

Road to Recovery volunteer drivers use their own cars to drive cancer patients with no other means of
transportation to their treatment appointments and back home again. For more information, please call the Cancer

Reach to Recovery volunteers who are breast cancer survivors themselves can meet with patients face to face or
over the phone to give patient and family the support and information needed to cope with a breast cancer diagnosis. To

Patient Lodging This program offers free or low cost lodging to out-of-town cancer patients while they are being
