•Registration Tent will be open for the purposes of collecting donations and
registering participants. We accept cash, checks or credit cards.
•ALL are welcome to donate and walk, (with or without a team), but MUST
check in at Registration Tent and fi ll out a registration form; parents or guardians
must fi ll out a form for each minor.
•ALL are welcome to walk (even if not affi liated with a team), but MUST
check in at Registration Tent and fi ll out a form.
•Team Captains, please turn in a copy of your team’s walking schedule includ-
ing team name, team number, captain’s name and tent site, before 12PM on
Friday, July 22
•The map of Lincoln Middle School with team tent sites will be posted near the
Registration Tent.
•PLEASE REMEMBER- NO Dogs (except during the Survivors Lap if dog is
a cancer survivor), NO bicycles, and NO skateboards on the track during Relay
Event. This is a South Lane School District Policy.

We Relay...
In support of our Policy Holders & Families
1. HAVE FUN!
2. All entrants participate on a team. A team consists of 8 - 15 runners/walkers.
The team is responsible for paying its own registration fee of $100 or getting a
sponsor to pay for them and providing any other needed support, (e.g. food, rain
gear, signs, shelter, etc.)
3. Each team member is also asked to raise $100 or more.
4. Teams establish their own schedule. One member of each team is asked to be
on the track at all times.
5. NO TOBACCO OR ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS OR FIREARMS OR DOGS
are allowed on the grounds.
6. Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or chaperone in order
to spend the night at the event. Parents and minors must sign the minor release
form.
7. Team captains are responsible for actions of team members and families.
8. Tents may be erected in designated areas only.
9. All teams should mark their tents with the name of their team so event of-
fi cials can locate people.
10. Teams may decorate their tents and tent area. There will be an award for the
most creative decorating.
