Relay Field Day at Lincoln Middle School

ottage Grove students have become more involved with the Relay for Life of South Lane
County through Relay Field Day with great involvement from its students and staff.
Lincoln Middle School continues to host a great Relay Field Day, and this year was no exception.
Students held a school dance and a talent show in addition to the many fundraising activites
both before and during their event. One of the newest highlights this year was Vic’s Photobooth.
Students and parents alike had tons of fun getting their photos taken and making use of the many
props Vicki had available for them to use.
The video that was fi lmed in 2012 during Relay Field Day has been shown around the country and
the world to communities that want to start their own Relay Field Days. Relay for Life of South
Lane County is so very proud of the Students and Staff for all they have done and continue to do
in raising funds and awareness in South Lane County. The Relay Field Day participants were once
again shooting for their goal of $2270 and are just shy of their goal. If you would like to help them
reach their goal, a donation bucket will be at the
South Lane County Relay for Life on July 22nd
at Lincoln Middle School.
