5. The entrance at the back gate will be closed at 12:00 PM to all vehicles.
At this time the back gate entrance will be blocked. You can park at
parking lot and carry equipment in. No exceptions.

4. Unloading times will be as follows:
9. Tent campsites will be judged after 7:00 PM on Friday night. The
winner will be announced at closing ceremony on Saturday morning.
The judge is not involved in any manner with Relay.

3. For tent set up, you will have only 10 minutes to unload. Do not use
this time to set up...simply unload and then remove your vehicle back
to the parking lot. This will not work if you use more than 10 minutes.
Even if you see no other vehicles on the track, you must remove vehicle
after 10 minutes. No exceptions. No vehicles will be allowed to leave the
grass onto the track or pass another vehicle.

2. All other vehicles may use the back gate entrance. The entrance to the
track will be to the left side of the fence and it will be marked.
6. If you do not have an assigned camp spot you may not enter vehicle on
track. Map will be available on Bank Night or Committee
at Registration on Friday.

7. There will be no open fl ames or propane inside tent. Barbeque grills
will not be allowed inside tents. No extension cords will be allowed across
the track.
