WHEREFORE, notice is hereby given
that the undersigned trustee will, on May
31, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. in

auction to the highest bidder for cash the
interest in the said described real property
which the Grantor had or had power to
convey at the time of execution by him of
the said Trust Deed, together with any
interest which the Grantor or his
successors in interest acquired after the
execution of said Trust Deed, to satisfy
the foregoing obligations thereby secured

trustee. Notice is further given that any
person named in O.R.S. 86.778 has the
right, at any time prior to

the time you tender reinstatement or

exact amount, including trustee’s costs

form of cashier’s or certifi ed check. The
effect of the sale will be to deprive you

under you of all interest in the property

In construing this
notice, the masculine gender includes the
feminine and the neuter, the singular
includes the plural, the word “grantor”
includes any successor in interest to the
grantor as well as any other person owing
an obligation, the performance of which is
secured by said Trust Deed, and the
words “trustee” and “benefi ciary” include
their respective successors in interest, if
any. The Benefi ciary may be attempting
to collect a debt and any information
obtained may be used for that purpose. If
the Trustee is unable to convey title for
any reason, the successful bidder’s sole
and exclusive remedy shall be the return
of monies paid to the Trustee, and the
successful bidder shall have no further
