NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
City of Cottage Grove will hold a public
hearing regarding the proposed transfer
of surplus real property located on the
west side of 1024 Main Street, Cottage
Grove, Oregon. The hearing will be held
in City Hall, located at 400 E. Main Street,
Cottage Grove, Oregon, at 7 p.m. on the
28th day of March, 2016.
The City proposes to transfer this
real property to Spady Living Trust
for continued use and operation of a
commercial use. The existing use of the
property is the Hard Knocks Brewing. The
City Council considers it necessary and
convenient to sell the real property, as it
is not needed by the city and has been
declared surplus and no longer needed

Water Right Transfer T-12120
T- 12120 fi led by U.S. Bureau of
Reclamation, Attn: Dawn Wiedmeier,
1917 Marsh Road, Yakima, WA 98901,

right allows the use of 437 acre feet,
in any combination, from Cottage and
Dorena Lake Reservoirs for storage for
