4B COTTAGE GROVE SENTINEL February 3, 2016 CHAMBER NEWSLETTER CHAMBER NEWS Note from the Director On January 16th we celebrated the installation of our 2016 Board of Directors and gave recognition to a number of people and businesses that work tirelessly to make Cottage Grove a better community. Approximately 200 attendees were present to help congratulate all of the award nominees and congratulate the winners. Candace & Danny Solesbee did a fantastic job as Master of Ceremonies as they walked us through an evening fi lled with gratitude and inspiration. A lot of thanks need to go out to all of the people it took to pull this event together. Chamber staff members, the 2015 Board of Directors, members of the Promotions and Events Committee, the Greeters, our many sponsors, and generous donors all played an important role in making this banquet a success. Also special thanks to our two retiring board members; Sheri Henry and Linda Schmale. Your time and contributions to the Chamber are much appreciated and you will be missed! Although it takes a monumental team effort to pull an evening like this together, the real credit belongs to the Nominees and Award Winners.
