RS Technical Services, Inc. in an amount
not to exceed $80,000, for the purchase
one RST motorized sewer camera, push
camera and accessories. The contract
is based on the terms of an interstate
cooperative procurement administered
by Houston-Galveston Area Council of
Governments (HGAC), in accordance
with ORS 279A.220. The purpose of
