Jasmine Santiago is Lincoln
Middle School’s October
Student of the Month.
Jasmine is new to Cottage
Grove and LMS this year.
She plays volleyball and
basketball and has already
established herself as a leader.
Jasmine is not only a kind,
intelligent young woman
who works hard in class
and athletics, but she also
cares about others and sets
a positive example for her
peers. Her cheerful attitude
and energy are appreciated by
everyone at LMS!

Kadin Schloss is a 5th
grade student in Mrs.
Olsen’s class. He is a hard
working student that
always tries his best. He
is respectful to all teachers
and his peers and has
taken on leadership roles
in the school. Kadin sets
a positive example for his
peers, as well as younger
students. He is kind,
responsible and shows grit
on a daily basis.

CAMERON ISH
He has volunteered to on the
responsibility of raising and lowering
the fl ag each school day. Cameron
also brings in the school mail, works
in the cafeteria and helps out in
the library. Cameron takes care
of the computers in his classroom
and helps clean up aft er art class.
Cameron is helpful to staff and very
welcoming to our new students.
He oft en picks up equipment from
the playground and puts it away.
It’s obvious he puts good eff ort
into his classwork, and produces
quality work. He has made great
improvement in his quality of work
from last school year. It’s been a
pleasure watching his growth from
6th grade to 8th grade. In general,
if something needs to be done, Cam
is willing to lend a hand. You can
always depend on Cameron to spread
the hardworking, positive friendly
spirit of London School.

We would like to recognize
Makenna for being a great role-
model in fourth grade. Makenna
goes out of her way to help other
students focus on their work. She
is polite, courteous, and a friend
to all her classmates. Makenna
always puts her best eff ort into her
assignments, producing work that
is thorough, accurate, and neat.
Makenna is an active participant
in class. She is always listening,
critiquing,
and
contributing
in classroom discussions. We
appreciate that Makenna is a hard
working and dedicated young lady.
