Main Street Chili Cook Off was a HIT!!!
1,200 votes were cast this year in the People’s Choice category which makes this one
of our biggest years ever! There were 11 different chili recipes entered and we want
to thank everyone for their hard work and enthusiasm. This year’s contestants were:
Blazzin’ Saddles (Don Gould), Chili Knights (Mike Talbot), Cottage Grove Historical
Museum ( Sally Langham), Eagles Echo Company/National Guard (SSG Griffy),
Grant’s Hearing Center (Rosey Gording), The Grove Cafe (Brent Hoover), Jack Sprats
(Scott Boyles), Mad Scientists (Caitlin Crane), Rain Country Realty (Frank Brazell),
South Lane County Fire & Rescue (Danny Solesbee), and South Valley Athletics (Ken
Hornick).
