Roles mastered the restarts of the two cautions to get his fi rst CGS win of 2015. Brenden McMaster blazed the trail early in the 250cc ranks. But Conner Hanson of Creswell soon passed the Roseburg youngster. Hanson stayed in the position and dominated the rest of the distance to win for the fi rst time at Cottage Grove. Finally, the Open Kage division saw quite a battle for the lead. Oakland’s Scott Fox got the lead early, but he would be under tremendous pressure for the entire distance. But Fox managed to stay out in front to hold on for the victory. The next race for the Cottage Grove Speedway Kage Karts is Friday, June 19.
