Dr. Douglas G. Maddess, DMD enjoys serving Cottage Grove and the surrounding areas with comprehen-
sive dental treatment. He opened his practice in October, 1996 in a newly remodeled building. Since then he
has updated his equipment to keep up with the new dental treatments.
Dr. Maddess was born and raised in Cottage Grove and is truly blessed to live and work in such a wonderful
community. He enjoys getting to know his patients and their families, and feels it is such an honor to make a
diff erence in so many of his patients’ lives. Dr. Maddess believes in giving everyone the individual attention
that they need and deserve and going the extra mile for each patient.

years. Larry Horner started his business
in Dorena in 1974. In February 1975,
he moved his location to 1520 Pacifi c
Highway, here in Cottage Grove. Over
the years he moved his location to North
River Rd, and to his present location,
79132 Highway 99 North.
Horner’s Inc., offers one of the best
selections of top name-brand equipment
this area has to offer, featuring Stihl and
Husqvarna products. There is also a wide
variety of clothing and accessories to
choose from. Filson, Prison Blues, and
