Lorane Christian Church will
have its annual friendship dinner
at Sizzler in Springfi eld on Sun-
day, Feb. 15 at 5:30 p.m. Please
let the church know if you plan
to attend so they can give a
head count. They also want to
coordinate for those people who
would like to carpool. Contact
any church member. Remem-
ber, this is for everybody! Come
enjoy a delightful evening with
friends and community mem-
bers.

elcome back to Lorane
Grange spaghetti din-
ner and bingo nights this Satur-
day, Jan. 24. Dinner takes place
from 5:30-6:30 p.m. with bingo
starting at 6:30 p.m. There will
be lots of great prizes, plus the
ever-popular 50/50 raffl e. All
the proceeds go to help replace
the main hall roof.
There will be no school in our
district on Jan. 23 for a grading
day.
Big congratulations are due
to our middle and high-school
wrestling teams for their great
success in the tournaments. In
most, they have placed fi rst,
second and third. Coming up
again this year, they are having
a great fundraiser on Jan. 29, 30
and 31. A Goodwill donation
truck will be at the Crow High
School, and the team gets $.15
per pound donated. This is a
wonderful chance to get rid of
those items in your closets, cab-
inets and garage. Contact Col-
leen Jentzsch 541-520-9275 for
donation times and to help sup-
port our wrestlers!
Just a reminder to any-
one attending Crow Middle/
High School and going to the
gym: The main entrance is now
through the breezeway, then
right into the doors off the court-
yard. The doors closest to the
driveway are now for exit only!
