When Dreams
Come True!
Every man from the time he first as a boy started to earn nickels
and dimes running errands, has dreamed o f the tim e when he
would be a property owner, when he would have a piece o f land
o f his own and be able to erect thereon a home o f his own, which
he could build to suit his own individual tastes, and about which
he could putter and fix up this and that, feelin g all the time that
what he added to it would be beating the landlord out o f that much
and that every cent put into improvements, every cent spent in set
tin g out flowers, in making a pretty lawn would be all his very own
and that the efforts put forth in making the home and surround
ings pretty and comfortable would be just that much more added
to his wordly wealth.
The woman has’ dreamed e v e r since a maiden in her ’teens o f
the time she would be married to a man with ambition enough to
want a home fo r their very own and with the energy to provide
the wherewithal to buy it.
The little children grow in g up, long fo r the tim e when papa
and mamma w ill buy an om e and the annual m oving season w ill
no longer be a bugbear, when they can look up to pater fam ilias
and feel pride in tne fact that he is a factor in the life o f the com
munity by reason o f being a property owner, a freeholder.
And there’s no reason why all these dreams may not come
true right now. Sightly residence lots can be purchased in Milapoo
Park on the easy payment plan w ith a very small payment down.
Lumber is cheap in the Cottage Grove country, and you w ill be si
prised at how little capital a man with a reputation as a go
worker and fo r integrity needs to g et started. The tim e to do
thing is now.
