took place yesterday afternoon a t the

The affair was a very quiet one, only
im m ediate relativ es being present.
The bride wore a cream wove gown
and carried a boquet of cream ruses.
She was attended by her sister. Miss
Mildred Pringle, gowned in pink silk
and carrying a boquet of pink roses.
The bridegroom was attended by Mr.
M elvin M iller of Florence. The cere­
mony was perform ed by Rev. J . L.
S tratfo rd of Creswell. M endelsohn's
wedding march was played by Miss
B ertha S tratfo rd , d aughter of Rev.
S tratfo rd . The parlor and dining
room were decorated with w hite and
pink rosea.
The happy couple left yesterday for
a short honeymoon trip to Portland,
a fte r which they will tak e up tbeir
residence a t Gaston. Ore.
The bride has been a popular mem­
ber of the younger aociety aet of tbe
city . The bridegroom is a recent a r­
rival from Minneapolis, Minn.
