To John McDonald, one of the above named defendants: In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby notified that you are re quired to appear and answer the com plaint filed against Angus McDonald, Mary McDonald, and yourself in tfie above entitled suit within six weeks from the date of the first publication of this summons, to-wit: Within six weeks from Friday, the 10th day of March, 1905, the same being the date of the first publication of this summons, and if you fail to so appear and answer on or before Saturday, the 22nd day of April, 1905, the same being the last day of the time prescribed in the order for the publication of this summons, for the last publication there of, judgment and decree will be taken against the defendants in said suit for the relief d em anded in the complaint in this suit, a succinct statement of which is as follows: That there be adjudged to be due an d owing to the plaintiff from the defend« ants Angus McDonald and Mary McDon ald the sum of $800, together witli inter est on $500 thereof at the rate of 8 per cent per annum, payable annualy, irom the 21st day of November, 1903; and to gether with interest on $300 thereof, at the rate of 10 per cent per annum, pay able annually, from the 22nd day of May, 1903; for such attorney fees in said suit as the Court may adjudge reason able, and for his coats and disburse ments in this suit.
