Tien Tsin, Feb. 27.— Reports from the front via New Chwang say that the 11-inch mortars used by the Japanese in the bombardment of Mukden, caused great damage. Also that a general engagement ia iu progress with heavy fighting on the Japn -e right. Kuroki is said to L< hreatening to crumple the Russia.ia back onto the railroad. M ukdm , Feb. 27.—In the fight for the possession of Da and Che passes Sunday the Russians were greatly out numbered and sustained several losses. Borne regiments lost as high as 70 per cent killed and wounded in the hand to band struggle. At night the Russians were still in possession of the two A fine dairy farm containing 70 sores of bottom land 23 acres of bill land, and adjoening the town of , Myrtle Point, Cooe county, Oregon, and I mile from creamery. Forty- j five acres of bottom land improved and in good state of cultivatiion; 5 acres slashed, burned and newly seeded; hill land is all good for pas ture; 3 acres of orchard in good euri bngcondition and different var ieties of fruit. House, barn and other buildings. While we have a number of other dairy farms for sale, yet this is one of the best bar gains, as the location is all that could be desired, being near town, school and creamery.
