tion of the Common Council of Coquille,
aforesaid, to open a street through the
property of B. C. Agee as above describ­
ed ; that a survey of said sti^et has been
made and viewers appointed to assess
the damages and benefitsrresulting there­
from ; and that said viewers have filed
their report in the office of the City Re­
corder.
These are, therefore, to notify all per­
sons interested in the opening of said
street, that said Common Council will,
at their next regular meeting, Sept. 5th,
1904, at eight o ’clock p. m. hear and de­

John Notley, being a portion of the south
half of the northwest quarter and the
northeast quarter o f tho southwest quar­
ter of section six ia township twenty-eight
south of range twelve west of the Willam­
ette meridian, in said county and state,
bearing slightly southward and running
along the north side o f the canyon about
sixty rods to where said oanyon divides,
thenoe following the south branch of said
canyon along the north side thereof in a
southeasterly direction to the east line of
the land of the said John Notley.

where same rests on pile, the apace be­
tween planka not to exceed 2 inchea.
