from same at the ground to piling in the
wing near the top of p iling in wing
and to be notched so that half the
brace w ill rest against the pile and se
curely spiked and all material used to
be of good, sound merchantable tim ber.
The contractor to furnish all m aterial
and labor necessary to he used in the
construction of said wing. All work to
he done in a good and workman-like
m anner and under the supervision of
tho County Court of Coos county, Ore
gon, or one of the mem tiers thereof.
Each ladder will be required to deposit
w ith h is bid live p ercen t of the amount
of his bid, which shall be forfeited to
the County in case tho award is made to
him , if he fails or refuses, for the peri >J
of tw o clays after such award is made,
to enter into contract and file his bond
in the m anner required by law and to
the satisfaction of the County Court up
on (lie dav appointed.
The County Court reserves the right
to reject any and all bids.
All bids
should be filed with the County Clerk
on or before the tim e specified.
