quille, Coos County, Oregon, signed by
a majority of the property owners (street
frontage,) within the limits designated,
praying for the improvement of Second
street, old plat of the town of Coquille,
(now City of Coquille) Oregon, between
B or Main, and C streets in said city,
by filling and grading the same and the
said Council having ordered a survey
thereof, which said survey profiles and
estimates are now on file in the office of
the City Recorder, the same having
been adopted by said council. It was
further ordered that notice of said im­
provement be published inviting pro­
posals for said work; said proposals to
be received and filed at the office of
said City Recorder on or before the 10th
day of August, A. D. 1904, at 4 o ’ clock
p. m.
Now therefore : All parties interest­
ed, or desiring contracts for said work
or improvement are invited to examine
the report of the survey or profiles, esti­
mates, etc, now on file as aforesaid, and
submit proposals for said work.
