mon Council of the City of Coquille, in
Coos county, Oregon, for the purpose of
assessing the damages and benefits to
accrue by reason of opening and estab­
lishing a street in said city across the
property of B. 0. Agee in said city ac­
cording to the survey and plat of said
proposed street filed in the office of the
recorder of said city on the 12th day
of July, 1904, has appointed J. F. Shroe-
der, A. A. Leach and J. J. Lamb view­
ers and appraisers to make an assess­
ment of damages and benefits as pro­
vided by the charter of said city.
That said council has set Wednesday,
the 10th day of August, 1904, at the
hour of nine o’clock in the forenoon as
the time and the academy building in
said city, as the place of meeting of said
viewers for the purpose of performing
the duties hereinbefore set forth.

the City Recorder, the same having
been adopted by said council. It was

said City Recorder on or before the 10th
