accrue by reason of opening and estab
lishing a street in said city across the
property of B. 0. Agee in said city ac

recorder of said city on the 12th day
of July, 1904, has appointed J. F. Shroe-
der, A. A. Leach and J. J. Lamb view
ers and appraisers to make an assess

the 10th day of August, 1904, at the
hour of nine o’clock in the forenoon as
