ment of certain streets or parts of
streets as follows, to-wit:

of South Main street, beginning
at the intersection of Dayton
street and South Main street and
running east to the east line of the

That the said improvement will
consist in general in the building
of sidewalks along the property
abutting on said streets in said
city; such improvements to lie
made at the time and in the man­
ner hereinafter to be described
by ordinance.
