Notice is hereby given that by
virtu« of an execution and order of
sale issued out o f the Circuit Court o f
the State of Oregon for Polk County,
on the 17th, day o f Novem ber, 1917,
and to me directed, upon a ju d g e ­
ment which was enrolled and dock­
eted in the office o f the clerk o f snid
Court on the 18th. day of October.
19'7, in a certain suit then pending
in said »Court wherein Pauline M.
Hahn was plaintiff and Sarah Line-
back, Abraham Lineback and Jane
Doe Cox, were defendents, (Case N o
5034), a Judgement was rendered in
favor o f the abovo named plaintiff,
Pauline M. Hahn and against the
above named defendants,

described premises and every part
thereof.
