City Marshal’s Sale Notice is hereby Riven, That under and by virtue of a warrant for the collection o f the sums of money assessed upon and expend ed for the construction o f certain street improvements, issued by the Auditor and Police Judge of the City of Falls City, in Polk county. Oregon, on the 8 th day of November. 1915, under his hand and name of office, with the seal o f the said city affixed thereto, and to me, as City Marshal of said City of Falls City, directed, which warrant was and is issued in pursuance of the provisions of Resolutions Nos. 106, 107, and 108 o f said City of Falls City, which resolutions were duly adopted by the City Council of said city of Falls City on the 1 st day of Nov ember, 1915, and which resolutions are duly recorded at length in the Records of Resolutions of said City in the office of the Auditor and Police Judge of said city in said city of Falls City, and requiring and directing me, as such City Marshal, to forthwith levy upon the lots or parts thereof, or par cels of land upon which the above mentioned assessments are unpaid, hereinafter particularly described, and sell the same in the manner provided for and required by law, I did, upon the 8 th day o f Novem ber, 1915, at the hour of 10:00 o ’clock A. M., of said day, duly levy upon said lots and parts of lots, and parcels of land herein after described, and did duly file a certificate of such levy ^in the office of the Auditor and Police Judge of said city and also in the office of the County Clerk for Polk county, Oregon, and I will, on Tuesday, the 14th Day of December. 1915 At the hour of 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon of said day, at the front door of the County Court House in the City of Dallas, in Polk county, Oregon, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash in hand on day of sale, sub ject to redemption in the manner provided by law' and as particular ly provided by Section 66 of the Charter of said City of Falls City, the said lots or parts of lots or tracts o f lands against w'hich the aforesaid assessments are now unpaid, the description of which in particular, the name of the owner thereof, and the amount of such assessment remaining un paid, being particularly as follows, to wit: Lot 1, Block “ E” , Original Town o f Falls City, Oregon.
