Company has completed its survey on
the Eugene-Coos Bay railroad to Glen
ada. The distance Is 61 miles and D

says that the permanent location will
reduce the distance to less than 60
miles. '
This practically cuts off 20 miles
between Eugene and Glenada from the
stage route and may reauce the dis
tance from Eugene to Coos Bay to less
than 100 miles.
