In the matter of the assessment for
taxes of real property of the George
Palmer Lumber company, a private
corporation, and of the application
for reduction therein:
The board having considered the
petition and application for reduc
tion of assessment made by the
petitioner and the evidence in sup
port thereof, and from the same
finds that the allegations of said
petition and application for a re
duct ion are not sustained; that the
assessment of the lands described
in the said petition and application
for a reduction of assessment Is
not contrary to law, and that said
assessment Is not excessive, and
that the amount at which said
property was assessed is its actual
full cash va'.uo, and that said
assessment was fairly made in
good faith; and that the prayer of
the said petition should be denied,
and now being fully advised in the
premises.
It is hereby ordered and adjudged
that the said ret.tioii of the said
applicant be a.ii the same hereby

asssjs.uent on the lands described

and made the assessment of the
Board of Equalization of Wallowa
