There is no very definite plot to the play and no striking situations of any kind in It, but the light vein of humor running through it is well adapted to these warm mid summer evenings. Miss Blanche Bryan appeared before this audience for the first time in male attire as a stowaway on the ship, "Albatross," and with her usual winning way, was even more captivating than in most ot her sou biette costumes. Morrie 1$. Streeter, an Irish sailor, had the w it and good heartedness of a true paddy. Harry J. Terry, as Captain Sydney Penfleld, played the genial captain well and was as usual popular with the audience. F. M. Weeks, as old Joe, the blind sailor, and Bud Delaney, the dock thief, had two good characters and played them both with a complete understanding of the characters he impersonated.
