Notice is hereby gtven that by virtue
of a warrant for the collection of delin
quent taxes for the year 1906 command
ing me to sell the several nrticles of
personal property or parcels of real
property mentioned and described , in
the delinquent tax l:st for said yerfr,
issued oat of and under the seal of the
County Conrt of the Sta te of Oregon,
for the county of Wallowa, bearing
date the 19th day of December r907, and
to me as sheriff directed and delivered, I
will between the hours of nine o'clock
in the forenoon and four o'clock in the
afternoon on the 8th 4y of February
l90S, at my office in the court house in
the City of Enterprise, Wallowa coun ty,
Oregon, sell for cash at public auction,
to the person who offers to pay the
taxes, costs, and accruing, penalties
thereon, and take a certificate at the
lowest rate of interest, not exceeding
ten per cent, each of the following de
scribed parcels of real property, situated
in Wallowa County, Oregon, or so much
thereof as may be necessary, to satisfy
the amount of taxes, costs and accruing
penalties thereon, to wit:
