"A woman is at her best in woman's dress; attlr ed in clothes of mannish cut she is not altogether an attractive substi tute." To illustrate his ideas Mr. Stan laws has designed a series of frocks for Wanda Hawlcy, completely em bodying his doctrines of femininity, which she wears in her latest Real art Picture, "The Outside Woman.' A gown and a negligee, especially, are exceptional in their appearance. Both are strictly advance in mode as the great artist prepared for the fashion season of Spring 1921. Fashion devotees are offered an unusual opportunity in this presen tation of fa.hlon. conceived by the man who, perhaps abovo everybody else ln America, is held as an expert "The negligee is of blue and orchid georgette with drapes hold in place by butterflies.
